V.  Allows God To Show His Power

             (1) Peter obeyed in a small thing…take out your boat

             (2) Saw big things happen…full boat

               He walked on water…Matt. 14:24/29

                   Saw Lazarus raised from the dead [John 11:1/24

                Was with Jesus when He was transfigured

                                  Matthew 17

Transfigured means to change in outward form or appearance.  Peter saw Jesus change into His Glorified body.
