VI. ANGELS' MINISTRY FOR THE BELIEVER
Angels also have a part in the lives we live
here on earth. They can come and go from heaven to earth
anytime they please unless God has a special job for them to do. Sometimes we
can see them but 95%
of the time you won’t.
Anytime we have a praise session at church (or
anywhere) whether it be songs, prayer or praise angels will
always be present because they love to praise God. Remember this is why they
were created.
As I am endeavoring to teach this study I know they are here with me!
One reason for their presence is they simply
cannot understand how or why we praise Him. They
do not understand Salvation because they have never sinned.
Angels are sent to the believer:
(1) To guide us….Genesis 24:7 & 40
(2) To provide for us…1st Kings 19:5/8
(3) To protect us… Psalms 34:6,7….Psalms 91
(4) To deliver us in times of danger [Genesis 19:15/17] [Dan. 6:22] [Acts 12:6/11]
(5) To gather His Elect (or chosen) just before His return to earth [ Matthew 24:29/31]
(6) To direct our activities……Acts 8:26
(7) To comfort us in times of trouble….Acts 27:22/25
(8) To minister to us……Hebrews 1:14…AMP.
Are not the angels
all ministering spirits (servants) sent out in the service of God for the
assistance of those who are to inherit salvation?
This does not mean that angels are to be ordered
to do things for the believer. We do not order them around!
They take orders from God only when He sends them out to help us when we need
it. We need to sit down
sometimes and just count our blessings that probably came from God and was
brought to us by angels!
